The women that were behind the lawsuit that made same-sex marriage legal in California in 2008 are now divorcing. Robin Tyler and Diane Olson filed for divorce last month. The couple had filed their lawsuit in 2004 to end California's ban on same-sex marriage, and were successful after a long battle.
