Family Law
The heart of our practice, accounting for the vast majority of our caseload.  We assist clients with all types of divorce, and post-divorce, issues.  We handle child custody, visitation, and child support disputes (with an emphasis on Arkansas Child Support Chart issues); relocation disputes (moving out of state with a child); complex property division issues; division of retirement and pension plans; alimony (spousal support) disputes; and virtually any other type of domestic relations issue.

We have represented clients in divorces involving no property and in divorces involving property and assets worth several million dollars.

Civil Litigation (Trial Attorney)
We represent clients in all manner of legal disputes: employment issues, faulty construction, business disputes, breach of contract, fraud, and consumer-related issues.  We handle matters in state or federal court.

Divorce Recovery Speaking Engagements
Kevin Hickey is involved in speaking to divorce recovery groups, primarily in churches.  His presentation addresses many of the legal, emotional, and spiritual issues that people face once their divorce is finalized.  He gives practical advice that can be used by anyone that is divorced or divorcing.  Please contact our office for further information.
