There are three top reasons that you could be losing your CPS case. CPS or DHS will view you as guilty until you are proven innocent, so if it seems like everyone thinks you’re guilty, they do. Second, if you are not following the case plan, you absolutely need to. Be persistent with your caseworker to get the info you need. Third, CPS or DHS just doesn’t like you after their first impression. We know this sounds unreasonable and possibly petty, but we have seen it time and again.
